This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a proven sales leader who thrives on delivering results. What youll do Lead the sales strategy for your portfolio, meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
Personally drive new business development (75%) and manage strategic accounts (25%) to grow B2B revenue.
Build and convert a robust pipeline across corporate, TMCs, SABAs, consortia and M&E channels.
Actively prospect, negotiate and close new accounts and grow share of wallet with existing clients.
Represent Edyn at key events, FAM trips and showcases to build brand visibility and network.
Use CRM and reporting tools to provide data-driven insights and revenue performance updates.
What youll bring 4+ years of hotel sales experience with £3M+ portfolio responsibility.
A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced hospitality environments.
Strong West London market knowledge and active B2B network.
Excellent negotiation, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced CRM and reporting capabilities.
