What you will do as Director of Sales & Marketing
Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing Sales and Marketing team.
Develop and execute the hotels Sales and Marketing strategy to achieve forecasted and budgeted revenue targets.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and commercial insights to ensure a competitive and innovative approach.
Drive strategic sales initiatives and business development to grow revenue across all market segments.
Oversee team performance, ensuring targets are met and all client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and partnerships across key segments.
Support and enhance client engagement through site visits, presentations, networking, and industry events.
Collaborate with Hyatt colleagues to maximise cross-property opportunities and brand alignment.
About you
You bring proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing within the hospitality or hotel sector, ideally in an upscale or premium environment. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share, you combine strategic vision with operational excellence. Your leadership inspires teams, strengthens client relationships, and fosters a high-performance culture.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
