Job Description: Sales Director – UK, Ireland

ENVEA is a world class manufacturer of environmental and process management hardware and software solutions. Our equipment and technologies encompass gas analysers, dust monitors, bulk solids measurement, flue gas flow meters, and air quality monitoring systems, alongside data processing and reporting solutions. ENVEA has a long-standing presence in the UK and is actively restructuring and refocusing the business, to increase our commercial presence in this strategically important market. Reflecting the opportunity for growth, ENVEA wish to appoint a Director of Field Sales – UK and Ireland. The purpose of the role is to define, develop and execute sales plans and initiatives that ensure that current and future growth targets are met for the ENVEA portfolio within the defined territory. ENVEA currently has a well-defined direct sales team in the UK and sells in the other territories though distribution partners. In this role, the Director of Sales is expected to develop growth plans for the region, identify new routes to market, review existing channels, and ensure plans are met. The role holder should not feel constrained by pre-existing arrangements. A key part of this role is to assess performance and make investment recommendations to grow market share across all markets.
