We are looking for a Director of Sales to help shape the future of construction tech. We're on a mission to eliminate downtime in the industry, and we’re seeking a strategic and driven commercial leader to accelerate our growth in the UK market. In this high-impact role, you’ll expand our ecosystem, unlock new revenue streams, and drive partnerships across the construction landscape. We offer a flexible setup with the option to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in the UK. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Who you are
Ideally
- Proven Commercial Leadership: 7+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or technology sales, with a track record of revenue growth in cross-functional or matrix environments.
- Go-to-Market & Scale: Deep knowledge of GTM strategy, pipeline forecasting, customer success practices, and scaling execution across diverse teams.
- People Leader: Experience managing and coaching high-performing teams, attracting, growing, and retaining top talent; capable of structured performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
- Data-Driven Operator: Proficient with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), dashboards, and KPI-driven performance management; comfortable using data to inform decisions.
- Strategic Communicator & Negotiator: Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders; strong at conflict resolution, executive-level negotiation, and cross-functional influence.
- Resilient & Growth-Oriented: Thrives in fast-moving environments; able to address complex challenges such as account prioritization and cross-functional alignment.

Primary responsibilities
- Lead Your Pod to Success: Take full accountability for your Pod’s commercial performance (NARR/NNARR), translating Trackunit’s GTM strategy into clear, executable goals at both team and account levels.
- Drive Daily Performance & Execution: Monitor Pod performance metrics daily; manage the operating cadence with weekly stand-ups, deal reviews, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Coach, Develop & Inspire Talent: Mentor and grow a diverse team (Account Managers, BDDs, Sales Support) and align Customer Success Managers, SEs, TAMs, and Implementation Managers. Conduct structured 1:1s and provide ongoing career development support.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Ensure CRM discipline and high-quality forecasting; represent your Pod in forecasting calls, strategy forums, and executive reviews.
- Customer Engagement & Growth: Act as senior point of contact for strategic customers within your Pod; lead executive negotiations, QBRs/EBRs, and shape long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Escalate risks early, align resources across functions, and feed insights back into the GTM playbook; partner with RevOps, Product, and Leadership to accelerate adoption.
- Enable Growth & Remove Blockers: Identify barriers to performance and systematically eliminate them to ensure your Pod delivers growth and customer success outcomes.
