As a Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Bank Global Equity Derivatives Sales Technology team, you will lead a technical area and promote impact across teams, technologies, and projects within various departments. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to oversee multiple complex projects and initiatives, acting as the primary decision maker for your teams and fostering innovation and solution delivery. In your role as the Platform Lead for EVO, our strategic pre-trade Derivatives Sales platform, you will manage the core platform supporting all pre-trade activities for the Flow, Delta One, European Exchange Traded Products, Global Warrants, and Structured Derivatives businesses. The EVO suite handles high and low-touch pricing and quoting, trade capture, post-trade lifecycle event management, and feeds downstream systems including accounting and legal documentation.
