Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and expert applied experience. In addition, advanced experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise Managing a team in a matrixed environment Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent Experience in speaking directly to business stakeholders to discuss requirements and project updates.
