You’ll lead by example, live our values — Own it, Improve it, Live it — and put customers first.What you’ll be leadingAsset strategy & investment plan – long-term plans shaped by stock intelligence and lifecycle managementData, Major works & retrofit – ensuring building safety, Homes Standard delivery, value for money, strong governanceRegeneration & renewal – decision-making on retain/renew/dispose through NPV modelling and estate planningData & innovation – stock condition programmes, digital tools, smarter ways of workingHomeownership & sales – driving shared ownership, market sales, and disposals targetsCommercial & leasehold management – ensuring performance, compliance and customer serviceSustainability – leading on energy performance, SAP modelling, retrofit funding (e.g. SHDF/ECO), and carbon reductionYou’ll work with the Executive Team and Board, presenting insights, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.About youWe’re looking for a values-driven, commercially sharp leader who combines strategic vision with delivery at pace.
