With our ambitious future growth plan, we are now seeking an inspiring, passionate and resilient senior leader with significant years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary consultancy services to join RFL Property Services to lead sustainable and measurable business growth and new market expansion.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

Lead the planning, developing and delivering of multi-disciplinary consultancy services while ensuring a common understanding of RFL Property Services’ short-term and long-term consultancy strategy to deliver sustainable organisational growth and user experience in complex, challenging and demanding environments.

Work closely with the Managing Director and be responsible for the development of commercially sound business plans and initiatives that are optimised for both short-term and long-term organisational growth and business successes.
