About the team

You’ll lead our Operations team, which includes people, talent, and strategy. Additionally, you will lead our support and growth teams, collaborating with senior leadership to make Argent a top workplace and an industry innovator. Our goal is to attract and retain exceptional Argonauts while providing the foundation for everyone to do their best work.
