What you'll do:

Lead, grow, and manage our London structural team

Drive project delivery from concept to completion

What you bring:

10+ years' experience in structural engineering design & delivery

Chartered Structural Engineer status

Strong London market knowledge and industry reputation

Proven business development and leadership skills

Track record of delivering across diverse project types
