With an innovative tiered backup solution and a rapidly expanding global footprint, they are now looking to hire a Director of Systems Engineering to lead their EMEA pre-sales function. This is a UK wide remote role. The Opportunity: This is a key leadership hire tasked with building, mentoring, and scaling a team of 10-12 pre-sales engineers across EMEA. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, supporting complex enterprise sales, and deepening relationships with key channel partners. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow a high-performing SE team across EMEA. Act as a strategic technical lead in competitive sales opportunities. Ensure technical excellence throughout the sales cycle: demos, sizing, architecture, and partner enablement. Build and deliver ongoing training programs and technical infrastructure.
