Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Tax to join a successful, high-growth business. The opportunity is a key role, leading on ongoing tax compliance obligations as well as numerous and varying transactions and restructuring projects. Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical tax support on UK tax structuring projects
• Manage overseas tax obligations and the group\'s corporate tax compliance
• Develop and mentor a small team and set priorities and strategic direction
• Work with the wider finance function to develop tax provisions for forecasting/external reporting
• Manage due diligence information requests on M&A activity

Qualifications

• Experience from Big 4 or Top Ten with significant UK tax and structuring experience
• Technical background including VAT experience
• Ambition to move career forward in a fast-moving, growth-oriented business
