Purpose Statement: Dynamic and self-driven technology value stream leader serving as the principal investigator to spearhead transformations in Plexus’ operational processes. This role integrates site operations and customer needs with industry and academic advancements to drive cost, schedule and quality improvements.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Visionary Leadership and Strategic Transformation: Craft a compelling vision of the future, rally stakeholders to transform operational processes by blending site insights, customer feedback, and advancing technologies. Engage global, regional leaders and all levels of the organization in a shared vision with a clear roadmap and cultural shifts necessary to adopt new ways of working.
  • Pioneering Innovation and Technology Life Cycle Management: Lead scalable technology deployments from ideation to deployment to retirement. Foster partnerships with disruptive technologies, universities, and industry leaders. Establish regular reviews and strategic alignment to ensure technology investments deliver sustained value.
  • Resource Optimization and Impactful Execution: Manage resources and budgets to drive efficiency. Oversee asset and personnel allocation, balance budgets with advanced tools, and apply data-driven evaluation to measure impact and drive continuous improvements.
  • Influential Leadership and Decision Facilitation: Lead cross-functional alignment to enable swift decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives. Facilitate effective decision forums and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Build dynamic collaborations with internal and external partners, including industry players and academic institutions. Facilitate workshops and regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and commitment to project goals.
  • People Development and Core Values: Exemplify Plexus Core Values, focus on talent potential, succession planning, and providing development and coaching for employees to reach their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
