Overview

As Director of Technology and Business within CGI’s Auto and Asset Finance team you’ll help shape the digital transformation within the sector. You’ll lead technology vision, enable innovative solutions, and drive business growth through strategic client engagements. This role blends technical leadership with business development to support and drive CGI’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Operating at C-Suite level in front of senior stakeholders both internally and externally. In partnership with Engagement and Sales Teams, translate business vision and requirements into solution architectures, set out compelling propositions, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop and own CGI’s future vision and go-to-market strategy within Auto and Asset Finance.
• Design and build the ecosystem of services and solutions, seeking out and developing third party partnerships whose offerings complement CGI’s.
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures and write winning technical proposals and RFP responses.
• Lead the design and technical leadership of proof of concept exercises and present CGI proposals and offerings to new and existing clients. Be part of a diverse, dynamic leadership team with leadership training to enable a long-term career at CGI.

Qualifications

• Most of your career has been in the Auto / Asset Finance or Financial Services sector, focusing on translating and presenting relevant technical requirements to clients for successful proposals. You follow industry trends and are driven by opportunities to transform the Auto and Asset Finance sector.
• You are a team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. You have a technical background (most likely in software development) and experience developing architectural solutions on initiatives ranging from small proofs of concept to large enterprise deliveries.
