Join the Close Brothers Technology Team where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy of the bank’s technology-enabled product and proposition offerings across all business units. Working as part of the Technology team our ideal team member will have previous experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration with technology, security, change, and client-facing business teams with excellent planning and execution skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of product and capability vision for each business unit working closely with business heads and value stream technology leaders, informed by client input, and aligned to the bank’s strategy. Embed commercial discipline and focus on value creation, value tracking, and data/evidence based product and proposition development among business and technology stakeholders.
