About the Role:

This global role within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) business leads the strategy for Trade Screening solutions. Reporting to the Global Head of Screening Strategy, the director manages the Trade business P&L and aligns strategy with market trends, regulations, and customer needs.

The role collaborates with senior stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, legal, and operations to innovate in trade compliance. Initially an individual contributor position, it holds significant influence and requires deep knowledge of global FCC regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Define strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for Trade Screening with Product and Data teams.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and regulatory trends.
• Manage P&L and drive portfolio growth focusing on customer experience.
• Lead pricing and Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews with senior leadership.
• Coordinate regional execution with global strategy.
• Evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the business at industry events and with analyst firms.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of FCC experience preferred.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or related roles; trade compliance screening experience is a plus.
• Proven record in developing and executing strategies in a global or cross-functional setting.
• Experience in P&L management and public speaking is advantageous.
• Business degree (BBA/MBA) or analytical/engineering background preferred.
