# Director, Open Portfolio### The Role**Fixed Term contract until March 2027**London Business School are seeking a dynamic Director, Open Portfolio to join our Executive Education department until the end of March 2027. In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio of open programmes, ensuring their world-class delivery and impactful learning solutions. As a commercial project leader, you will translate client needs into exceptional learning experiences, leading from contract to completion, while ensuring stakeholder expectations are met with initiative, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction.### Main Responsibilities* Lead and coordinate programme teams to ensure successful execution of learning experiences.* Implement continuous improvement strategies to maintain high-quality learning impact.* Drive the design and development of new programme titles from concept to launch.* Ensure the commercial viability of programmes and maintain quality and impact.* Develop strategy and execution plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.### Who we are looking for* Experience in Learning & Development within a corporate environment or business school.* Excellent communication and project management skills.* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively.* Good Knowledge in business education and learning design field.### Why London Business SchoolLondon Business School; a global and vibrant business community based in two of the world’s most dynamic cities, London and Dubai.
