Fixed Term contract until March 2027 London Business School are seeking a dynamic Director, Open Portfolio to join our Executive Education department until the end of March 2027. In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio of open programmes, ensuring their world-class delivery and impactful learning solutions. As a commercial project leader, you will translate client needs into exceptional learning experiences, leading from contract to completion, while ensuring stakeholder expectations are met with initiative, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate programme teams to ensure successful execution of learning experiences. Implement continuous improvement strategies to maintain high-quality learning impact. Drive the design and development of new programme titles from concept to launch. Ensure the commercial viability of programmes and maintain quality and impact. Develop strategy and execution plans to achieve ambitious growth targets. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
