The Director of Partner Success, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Customer Delivery and collaborating with the Alliances team, is responsible for integrating all essential components of a Global Partner Delivery Program. This cross-functional role standardizes partner practices into one operating model and communicates information to WalkMe personnel and the expanding partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Own
- Define and manage global partner delivery-related processes including updating and standardizing current processes, identifying gaps in the partner experience and coalescing multiple resources to establish, implement and/or maintain best practices
- Build strong relationships with key delivery partners
- Engage and collaborate with senior management, Services, Enablement, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems and more to define key facets of WalkMe\'s Partner vision
- Drive the Partner experience and serve as the voice of the partner
- Standardize and update documentation related to the Partner ecosystem and varying engagement models
- Define and activate cross-organizational RACI and rules of engagement for Sales, Partners and supporting organizations
- Deliver core messaging around the Partner program and guide the development of Partner facing collateral
- Assist Partner Portal ongoing design & experience enhancements
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
- SaaS experience with technical background
- Minimum 5-10 years experience developing Partner programs with Global Systems Integrators, Technology Partners, Service Providers, ISVs, Delivery and Regional Partners
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and design
- Ability to build collateral based on work stream output
- Ability to track and manage processes across multiple decision and stakeholder groups
- Assertive mindset with the ability to drive outcomes cross-functionally
- Knowledge to recognize and grow joint value propositions and use cases
- Analyze and implement resolutions to problems that align to impacted teams
- Significant focus on revenue generation through partnerships via different monetization methods
- Customer/Partner-success minded

Compensation: $170,000 - $245,000 a year. The OTE includes salary and variables and depends on location, experience, and market factors. Base pay and bonuses are subject to change as part of our total rewards package.
