Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a sector-specific practice area
• Build and manage a high-performing team of consultants
• Deliver high-value retained executive search assignments
• Develop and expand strategic client relationships at a senior level
• Drive business development, with full autonomy over your practice
• Shape company strategy as a member of the leadership team
• Opportunity to launch a new subsidiary brand within IRG

Your Profile

• Proven leader in executive search or recruitment, ideally with a track record in retained assignments
• Strong business development capabilities and client relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams
• Sector expertise is open – we welcome applications from various industries
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready to play a strategic role in a growing firm
