Harvey Nash is proud to have been exclusively engaged by a leading UK media organisation to recruit a Director of Membership & Growth to take ownership of a high-profile digital membership proposition within its rapidly growing streaming and digital business.This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for driving sustainable membership growth, viewer revenue, and long-term customer engagement across a large-scale, consumer-facing platform.You will shape the strategic direction, commercial performance, and evolution of a major digital proposition at the heart of the organisation’s future growth strategy.We are particularly interested in senior leaders with a strong track record in digital subscription, D2C, or platform-based businesses, ideally within media, technology, or high-scale consumer digital environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and define the strategic vision for the digital membership propositionLead cross-functional growth initiatives and performance objectivesDrive proposition design, positioning, and audience strategyLead commercial optimisation, including pricing, packaging, and revenue modellingOwn end-to-end customer lifecycle performance, including acquisition, retention, and churn reductionEssential Skills and ExperienceDemonstrable experience leading subscription or recurring revenue modelsStrong commercial and monetisation expertiseDeep understanding of customer lifecycle and retention mechanicsExperience shaping and evolving digital propositionsProven ability to influence at executive and board levelThis is a rare opportunity to take strategic and commercial ownership of a business-critical digital growth engine within a nationally recognised organisation undergoing significant digital expansion and transformation.Please don’t hesitate to ‘apply within’ or send your CV to Charlie.Deacon@HarveyNash.com
