Why This Role is Exciting
Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Director plays a crucial role as we continue to expand our operations in EMEA. This role will be instrumental in leading our implementation book of business and serving as the primary point of contact for all Professional Services needs regionally. The role requires a strategic partner, working closely with our global teams and network of implementation partners to onboard our customer teams onto the AuditBoard Connected Risk platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster meaningful customer relationships to position AuditBoard as a long-term strategic partner.
- Build and lead the UK Professional Services team, developing and executing strategies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction for our clients and through regional partners.
- Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration to provide a stellar customer experience from contract to go-live and beyond.
- Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of our SaaS solutions for a diverse client portfolio, guaranteeing that implementations meet client needs and are completed efficiently.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget while achieving exceptional client satisfaction and adoption of the platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all professional services inquiries in the UK, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Guarantee a high level of customer service and swiftly resolve issues by partnering with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Lead the design and delivery of efficient deployment methodologies that streamline our implementation processes.
- Apply knowledge of regional nuances to adjust professional services strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and company growth objectives.
- Own the financial and operational outcomes for the EMEA book of business, including team utilization, delivery margin, and customer satisfaction, enabling predictable operations and accurate forecasting.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years in Professional Services leadership roles.
- Experience delivering SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated track record of growing a business, building a strong delivery strategy, and consistently hitting financial targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Demonstrated experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or a strong understanding of its principles and applications within a SaaS environment.
- A cross-functional collaborator with a track record of building strong working relationships that facilitate efficient delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead complex implementation projects to success.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable and successful delivery plans.
- Familiarity with the UK market and its regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated financial ownership of Professional Services outcomes.
