Are you ready to lead high-impact investment projects within the life sciences sector? We are seeking a Director of Project Delivery to oversee large-scale capital investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex CAPEX projects across engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases.
• Drive compliance with safety policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery.
• Oversee cost control, scheduling, and technical problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to guarantee top-quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including GMP and modern CQV approaches.
• Report on project progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project engineering and project management within biologics or pharmaceutical industries, ideally on an international scale.
• Strong technical knowledge across clean and black utilities, process, automation, instrumentation, and civil engineering.
• Expertise in facility design, cost-effective project delivery, and compliance-driven execution.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaborative leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
