OverviewWith offices in London and conducting research across five continents, this independent qual boutique with an enviable brand of its own provides global insight and consumer-grounded design guidance for many of the world’s most recognisable CPG brands. They have pioneered many innovative methodologies across multiple disciplines including packaging, visual brand language, and creative development. This often leads to NPD and innovation work and broader strategy pieces. They are well organised and meritocratic and leave space in their workflow for genuine thinking time as they pride themselves on remaining creative and innately tuned into to the cultural context of their work and the mind-set of the intended consumer segment.We seek candidates with solid consumer qual research experience - both f2f and online. This is a leadership position internally and formal new biz experiences and advanced skills with proposal and pitch work will be key.Key responsibilitiesLead by example to inspire the team, challenge them, develop them, encourage creativity, raise productivity and maintain a fun working environment.Apply solid consumer qualitative research experience (in-person and online) to projects across packaging, visual brand language, and creative development.Take a leadership role in internal initiatives, and contribute to proposal and pitch work.Qualifications and expectationsStrong consumer qualitative research experience, including both face-to-face and online methods.Proven leadership capabilities within a research or agency context.Experience with formal new business activities, proposals, and pitches.Ability to guide and develop team members while maintaining high levels of creativity and cultural context awareness.
