They have pioneered many innovative methodologies across multiple disciplines including packaging, visual brand language, and creative development. This often leads to NPD and innovation work and broader strategy pieces.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire the team, challenge them, and develop their skills and creativity.
- Raise levels of productivity while maintaining a space for thoughtful, strategic thinking.
- Drive leadership within the team and contribute to new business experiences, including proposal and pitch work.
- Apply solid consumer qualitative research experience (in-person and online) to project work and client briefs.
Qualifications
- Solid consumer qualitative research experience with both face-to-face and online methods.
- Experience in a leadership role with responsibilities for mentoring, collaboration, and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Proven ability to lead new business activities, including proposal development and pitch work.
