About the team:

Our Major Tracking Programs team partners with global pharmaceutical clients to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems using a mix of innovative quantitative brand equity tracking market research techniques. The Major Tracking Programs team is part of our Europe Custom Research division and collaborates with Operations, Analytics and Data divisions. The global team supports highly innovative methods (including AI tools) and outputs to inform strategic decision‑making. Programs run monthly, quarterly or biannually across multiple markets and therapy areas, with each therapy area having its own delivery project team. The central team coordinates resources, questionnaires and deliverables and brings in analytics, dashboard development and automation expertise.

This Director role is a newly created position within our Europe Custom Research team. It reports to the Program Director and will lead the research work carried out by the central teams for our major quantitative brand tracking programs (approx. $5m in annual value) across multiple waves of research.

Your primary role:

  • Oversee major brand tracking programs in collaboration with the Program Director, coordinate the production of questionnaires and deliverables, and ensure quality assurance at each stage
  • Directly liaise with central client teams, keep the program within scope, and advise internal RP project teams and business unit leads of any client‑initiated changes
  • Partner with project teams to ensure delivery against program objectives and reporting timelines
  • Coordinate with Resourcing, Analytics and Operations teams to bring in relevant expertise as required
  • Run training sessions for senior and mid‑level staff associated with the major tracking program

About You…

Your skills and experience:

  • Significant experience in primary quantitative market research, focused in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrable capability in leading major quantitative research programs (brand tracking or syndicated projects) with exposure to dashboard deliverables
  • Experience in leading projects autonomously and managing client relationships throughout a research program
  • Expertise in long‑term planning across multiple waves of research
  • Experience collaborating with teams across geographies, including offshore
  • Exposure to innovative methods, including incorporating AI into market research, is preferred

Further information

This is a full‑time role with a hybrid pattern (2 days per week in the office) at our Fulham Green HQ in London, opposite Putney Bridge, offering facilities such as a gym, on‑site café and river views. The role is also available on a remote basis (1 day per month in the office).
