Skills And Competencies
Proven track record in direct B2B sales, ideally within Corporate segments such as Energy, Tech, Professional Services, Industrial, Automotive & Aerospace
Deep understanding of market dynamics and business drivers in Global Corporate Services industries
Entrepreneurial mindset with robust problem‑solving, analytical and influencing skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within global teams
Consultative selling approach and experience managing complex sales cycles
Excellent networking skills to identify and develop new business opportunities
Motivation to excel in a high‑energy, results‑driven environment
Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
Interest in exploring AI systems and willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
Degree educated (or equivalent), preferably in finance, business, or economics
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify prospects, initiate new sales activity, and manage sales cycles to closure
Assess client needs and provide strategic guidance and product overviews
Develop and execute account commercial strategies and business plans while providing regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
Maintain knowledge of industry trends in areas such as trade credit, supplier risk, sales and marketing, 3rd party risk management, and master data management
Act as the point of contact for C‑Level executives, elevating relationships as a trusted advisor
Generate, qualify, and convert new leads through networking and prospecting, including cross‑selling
Coordinate and collaborate globally with colleagues, sales specialists, product management, and sales management to close deals
Introduce sales leads to other business units where appropriate
This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face‑to‑face, while also proving the flexibility of hybrid working
