Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where strategy, growth, and operational excellence converge?We’re looking for a Director to take full ownership of two established and high-performing brands within our SaaS Retail & Hospitality vertical. This is a strategic leadership role with broad commercial scope, where you'll shape the direction, drive market expansion, and play a key role in our group’s next phase of growth.This is more than a leadership role; it’s a chance to take already successful brands and supercharge them.What you’ll be doing: You’ll be responsible for the full end-to-end performance of the business, from product strategy, revenue growth and customer retention to operational delivery and innovation. This includes:Developing and delivering a clear growth strategy in line with wider group goalsLeading and inspiring cross-functional teams across sales, onboarding, operations, product and developmentOwning the P&L and driving performance against key financial targets (including Rule of 40)Identifying market trends and evolving our value proposition to meet customer needsWorking with central product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategiesRepresenting the brands at external events and forging strong partnershipsChampioning team development, accountability, and high performance across the organisationCollaborating with the M&A team to identify acquisition targets and support the group inorganic growth strategyYou won’t be doing it alone.
