With major new clients onboard, they are expanding their senior SAP leadership team and are seeking a Director – SAP Delivery Lead / Programme Manager to drive complex, high-profile initiatives.

Your Role

As a Director – SAP Delivery Lead, you will:

• Take full ownership of large-scale SAP programs, ensuring successful execution

• Oversee governance, risk management, and program planning

• Drive SAP S/4HANA strategy and digital transformation for high-profile clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders

• Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering large, complex SAP transformation programs

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management at an executive level

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud-based solutions, and ERP strategy

• A track record of delivering governance, risk mitigation, and program success

• Ability to lead large-scale, global teams and manage key dependencies
