The Identity Security Segment seeks a passionate product marketing professional to lead the product segment and collaborate across Solutions Marketing. The Solutions Marketing Director defines messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, partnering with engineering, product management, corporate marketing, channels, and field sales to elevate Entrust Identity Security. The group provides voice of customer, market and competitive insights, sales enablement content, product messaging, launches, and strategic portfolio direction.

Position Overview: This Identity Security Solutions Marketing Director role drives growth in a competitive market by defining a compelling solution value proposition for key use cases and building differentiated, clear messaging. As the chief Identity Security storyteller, you will be a global subject matter expert on the market, trends, and Entrust products, and you will lead cross-functional initiatives critical to growing the business. The ideal candidate has deep Identity market knowledge, storytelling passion, cross-functional leadership experience, and a results-oriented mindset.

Note: This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly product marketing, analyst, and communications strategies and plans in partnership with growth and field marketing.
  • Develop product positioning and the overall story with product management that is relevant, compelling, and differentiating in the market.
  • Define and articulate solution communication strategies, positioning, unique value proposition, and messaging plans for various use cases, audiences, and personas.
  • Be the expert on customers, their buying criteria, and how to reach them; glean deep customer insights to drive ROI.
  • Create accurate, timely, industry-focused product collateral, thought leadership, and sales enablement content (datasheets, website content, white papers, playbooks, battle cards) that support Entrust sales, partners, and end users; continuously optimize for effectiveness.
  • Translate messaging into a solid go-to-market strategy with tools and tactics for global sales and marketing teams to attract and convert customers.
  • Coordinate with growth, field, and channel marketing to align initiatives and manage cross-functional plan execution.
  • Research competitor and market activity to stay informed of trends; provide market and competitive intelligence to sales and product teams.
  • Lead a team of Solutions Marketing professionals.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiencies, leverage strategic relationships, improve routes to market, and align messaging across segments.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of increasing responsibility in product marketing, preferably in Identity Security with IDV and/or IAM solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience managing or contributing to global marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of channels and how to leverage them.
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Identity Security space with IDV and/or IAM solutions.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to drive data-driven strategies and competitive intelligence.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within the Identity Security industry.
