Director, Structuring

Your new role

As a Director within our Structuring Team, you will work with the Corporate Origination, Distribution, and Client Implementation teams, as well as other members of the Structuring team, to support and lead the execution of factoring and invoice discounting transactions. You will support and advise clients in accordance with the services agreed upon.

What you'll do

In collaboration with the Corporate Origination and Distribution teams, your primary duties include:

• Supporting the Corporate Origination Team in making timely and high-quality factoring/invoice discounting offers to clients;
• Collecting and analyzing information to generate or review client and funder documents (teasers, Q&As, presentations, etc.);
• Preparing or reviewing deal memos, pricing, and engagement letters;

Upon transaction mandate, lead the execution:

• Facilitating transaction execution and stakeholder understanding (funders, corporates, legal, credit insurer, etc.);
• Analyzing portfolio and corporate information;
• Reviewing legal documentation and advising clients;
• Coordinating with project managers and the Client Implementation team to ensure operational and reporting obligations are met on time;

Post-execution, support development opportunities and issue resolutions by providing clear opinions to clients and senior management.

Ongoing tasks include disseminating market knowledge, maximizing revenues, generating transaction opportunities, attending conferences, and assisting the Head of Structuring & Distribution on specific projects.

Who you are

We seek someone with:

• Deep expertise in executing receivables finance transactions, typically with 10+ years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of factoring, invoice discounting, and credit insurance solutions;
• Financial modeling and data management skills;
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to produce professional documents;
• Experience working in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.

Additional qualities include:

• Experience leading cross-border factoring or invoice discounting transactions;
• Advisory experience;
• Fluency in a second European language;
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering, finance, or business administration);
• Master's degree in finance, business administration, or CFA charter is a plus.
