OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Director of Technical Account Management to lead our Mid-Market Product Accelerate team within EMEA. This role will drive the success of our clients, scale operational excellence, and shape the regional strategy for Epsilon’s cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.You will oversee a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring exceptional client experiences, seamless onboarding, and impactful delivery of tailored solutions. You’ll act as the senior point of contact for escalations, partner closely with product and commercial leaders, and play a critical role in the ongoing evolution of Accelerate across EMEA. This is a hybrid position based in our London office (2–3 days per week).What You’ll AchieveLead and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.Shape Regional Strategy: Define and execute the EMEA technical account management strategy for Mid-Market Accelerate, aligning with global objectives while addressing regional market dynamics.Drive Client Success: Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and expansion.Operational Excellence: Standardize workflows, optimize onboarding processes, and implement scalable best practices that enable efficiency across EMEA operations.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Services, Product, and Technical teams to ensure alignment, knowledge transfer, and consistent delivery of value.Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to measure team success, client outcomes, and resource allocation.Market Insights & Innovation: Provide thought leadership on emerging digital marketing trends in EMEA, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve Accelerate’s offerings.Enablement & Evangelism: Oversee the creation and delivery of training materials for internal teams and external partners, ensuring technical and commercial readiness.Strategic Project Leadership: Guide complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and ensure projects are delivered on time, at scale, and with measurable impact.Who You AreWhat you’ll bring with you:8–10 years of progressive experience in technical account management, client services, or digital marketing technology roles, with at least 3 years in people leadership.Proven success leading and scaling client-facing technical teams within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech environments.Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, platforms, and data-driven advertising.Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) with the ability to guide technical conversations at an advanced level.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence.Strong track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through operational and strategic excellence.Demonstrated ability to set strategic vision while rolling up your sleeves to execute when necessary.A collaborative and resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Why you might stand out from other talent:Deep expertise in AdTech and programmatic ecosystems.Experience building technical client success or TAM functions at scale across international regions.Ability to bring structure, clarity, and innovation to complex challenges.Inspirational leadership style with a proven record of developing future leaders.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice.Additional InformationWhen You Join Us, We’ll Create Something EPIC TogetherEpsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
