If you’re a director-level Advisor seeking a new opportunity at a pivotal time in our journey, we would love to hear from you.As a Director, Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing business targets, delivering net revenue growth, cumulative asset growth, client relationship management and leading digital adoption. You will have an enhanced focus on maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities through key origination tactics and networks. You will deliver net revenue growth by focusing on achieving the team’s net sales target.What will you do?Responsible for the management of a client base, developing and maintaining existing client relationships, and further increasing business with the generation of new clients.Consistently leading interactions with wealth advice ensuring all interactions lead to a full understanding of clients and prospects, including their financial goals, personal goals, and ambitions.Operate with a growth mindset, manage a new business target, lead business development activities, and contribute towards the achievement of the group business plan, vision, and strategy.Consistently articulate the full breadth of RBC proposition (investment, lending, cash, and trust solutions) to clients and prospects. Work as part of the broader wealth management team and introduce the right specialists to client relationships when required to enhance client experience and outcomes.Ensure clients are referred internally to the “home of best fit.”Confidently take clients through as much of the advice journey as possible before involving other specialists.Lead and manage teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure professional growth and delivery of exceptional services.Drive performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, individual development conversations, and planning.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveLevel 6 CISI or CII. Level 4 can be considered if you have extensive experience to complement.Significant experience within a wealth management role.Significant experience generating new business through successful origination tactics.Proven Relationship Management skills, with ability to understand client needs, the knowledge and communication skills to identify and articulate solutions and the integrity to earn the client’s trust.Extensive knowledge of business sectors, current developments, market trends, and financial products and services to effectively communicate with clients.Acts as a role model and demonstrates a high degree of capacity to drive positive behaviours in team members and colleagues.What is in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best — progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
