Director – HSSE & Asset Risk | Offshore Wind

A leading offshore wind developer is seeking a senior leader to head up Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) and Asset Risk across its global portfolio.


As Director of HSSE & Asset Risk, you’ll manage a team of ~60 professionals supporting the safe design, construction, and operation of offshore wind projects in Europe, North America, and Asia.


Your Impact:

✅ Lead global HSSE & Asset Risk function across all project phases

✅ Embed safety-by-design into offshore wind development and operations

✅ Oversee risk management systems, incident reporting, and compliance

✅ Manage physical security and environmental performance globally

✅ Represent the company in key offshore wind safety forums

✅ Lead crisis management response when required


What You Bring:

✔ Senior HSSE leadership experience in offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure

✔ Strong track record in HSE systems, risk mitigation, and compliance

✔ Global project experience and stakeholder management skills

✔ Strategic mindset with hands-on execution

✔ Willingness to travel internationally

✔ Fluent English (other languages a plus)
