Director, People Analytics & Total Rewards
for a leading global investment firm. This is a high-impact role that blends compensation strategy with HR data analytics, supporting both the UK business and global teams. You'll be responsible for designing and governing compensation frameworks, leading benchmarking and pay review cycles, and transforming HR data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy
Lead compensation planning for the UK office, including job architecture, pay structures, and year-end review cycles.
Partner with global teams to ensure alignment with international compensation frameworks.
Provide expert guidance on benchmarking, regulatory reporting, and pay transparency.
Act as the local subject matter expert for compensation queries and governance.
HR Analytics & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics and trends.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Support strategic workforce planning through data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with global HR teams to standardise reporting and analytics.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Haves
6+ years in HR compensation and reward.
Proven experience in designing and managing compensation structures.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. XLOOKUP, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday essential).
Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
