We seek an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development.

The Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in advising on business acquisitions and investments, typically in the range of £20m to £500m deal values.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
• Managing fieldwork teams.
• Conducting financial analysis of target companies for due diligence reports.
• Communicating with clients, target businesses, and advisors during transactions.
• Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Experience in Transaction services, especially in TMT deals.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality due diligence reports.

• Strong deal mechanics knowledge.
• High accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
• Commercial mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally, and be a team player.
