    Job Description

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating high-level meetings and events.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful EA to Managing Director should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar executive support role in a corporate environment. This could also suit someone wanting to step up and learn as long as you have the right attitude.
  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
