The role

You’ll take full ownership of global ecommerce and digital performance, driving sales and profitability across DTC channels and major marketplaces. Working closely with senior teams, you’ll deliver a best-in-class digital operation that integrates commercial, marketing and customer strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and driving the global P&L for all DTC and marketplace channels to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Developing and implementing commercial plans covering forecasting, promotional strategies and pricing optimisation
  • Scoping, designing and executing new market expansion strategies across DTC platforms and marketplaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborating with marketing to deploy paid media campaigns and maximise ROI
  • Creating and delivering a performance marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions and customer acquisition
  • Enhancing sales and brand presence on key marketplaces by optimising listings, advertising and promotions
  • Managing the end-to-end functionality of a complex global tech stack, ensuring seamless platform operations
  • Overseeing 3PL and logistics for DTC and marketplace fulfilment to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Leading global customer service strategy and optimising CRM platforms to drive engagement and personalised experiences
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on KPIs to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

How you’ll dazzle us

You're an experienced, strategic ecommerce leader with more than a decade of success in digital and commercial growth. You bring:

  • Experience dealing directly with the Amazon platform as well as Tik Tok
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, CRM and digital media strategy
  • A track record of launching and scaling international markets, with strong compliance awareness
  • Experience managing diverse global tech stacks, 3PL partnerships and fulfilment logistics
  • Expertise in customer data strategy and CRM optimisation, delivering personalised experiences at scale
  • Collaborative leadership skills that inspire cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical ability, interpreting KPIs to make insight-led decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels and geographies
