Role

As our business grows, we are seeking a strong leader for our EMEA supply chain function. The remit of the EMEA supply chain team includes customer supply chain for wholesale and franchise accounts, managing availability on our ecommerce channel and in stores, and day-to-day relationships with our 3PLs including our Global hub in Poland. The mission for our EMEA supply chain is to optimise cost and service for customers and consumers as we scale, and to ensure processes and tools underpin our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Order management with wholesale clients across the region
  • Close management of net sales projections
  • Supply chain set-up for new customers and stores
  • Manage inventory in our own store channel
  • Ensure inventory and capacity at our 3PLs to support ecommerce plans
  • Work with the commercial teams to convert their business plan into a demand plan
  • Inventory control across 3PLs, stores and consignment stock locations

3PLs

Collaborate with two EMEA 3PLs (UK and Poland) to optimise service and cost through day-to-day management and improvement projects.

Service

Define service expectations for different commercial channels and influence internal and external stakeholders to meet targets through operational and strategic actions. Provide clear reporting for service.

Demand Planning

Lead the EMEA demand planning team to convert business plans into an accurate demand plan and ensure the global S&OP process runs smoothly in the region.

Cost

Own the EMEA warehousing and distribution cost. Report monthly on past performance, opportunities and risks, with future projections. Lead short- and long-term initiatives to achieve cost objectives.

Leadership & Relationships

Provide clear direction for EMEA supply chain. Partner with global supply chain functions to achieve regional and global goals. Use data analysis and reporting to drive action. Foster a bias to action and effective issue resolution. Produce accurate and timely service and cost reports.

About you

  • Resilience in a rapidly growing, fast-paced brand
  • Experience of customer supply chain, demand planning and multi-channel distribution
  • Examples of ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Understanding and commercial awareness of total supply chain including order management and customer relationships
  • Technically adept at evaluating and implementing new tools
  • Detail-oriented, outcome focused
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial flair and strong relationship-building abilities
