You'll be exposed to a variety of work including complex employment, HR and business immigration matters for private and listed companies operating in a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, food and drink, technology, sport, retail, healthcare and education. For example, the team has recently been involved in:
Advising Hovis on diversity initiatives, recruitment, and disputes, including industrial action and union negotiation. Advising British Steel on a significant strike which affected their operations and the impact on the workforce following the proposed closure of a blast furnace. Advising Watford FC on the appointment of head coach, Slaven Bilić, successfully obtaining an FA governing body endorsement for him.

Hybrid working – we understand work-life balance is important, we are open to discussing your hybrid working preferences. Annual Leave – minimum of 25 days per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service. Also – buy/sell holidays up to 5 days per year.
