Summary

• Job title: Associate to Legal Director - 2 positions available
• Location: Liverpool
• Salary: £50,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience)
• Reports to: Partner / Head of Department
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Previous Experience: Broad range of experience considered. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong respondent experience.

Broad scope of quality employment work

This is a highly regarded and well-established employment team advising on the full range of contentious respondent matters and advisory work.

Contentious matters include:

• unfair dismissals,
• wrongful dismissals,
• employment contract breaches,
• claims brought under the equality
• whistleblowing cases.

Non-contentious advisory matters include:

• advising on TUPE matters;
• Organisational change including redundancies
• HR policy;
• Corporate support work
