You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team advising on cutting-edge regulatory reforms and negotiating high-value, complex contracts. The role offers significant scope for progression, client exposure, and cross-jurisdictional work. Key Responsibilities: Advise on major regulatory reforms (e.g. grid connections, OFTOs, hydrogen, interconnectors, carbon capture). Draft and negotiate regulated contracts (e.g. grid connection agreements, CfDs, PPAs). Handle complex compensation and mitigation agreements (e.g. radar mitigation, biodiversity net gain). Support M&A and financing transactions with grid and commercial input. Represent the firm at sector events and contribute to business development. Candidate Profile: Strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach. Experience in energy/utilities regulation or commercial contracts preferred.
