This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership and is a key position within the executive team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You will oversee a team of 60 across four core departments: Product Development, Customer Solutions, Engineering Services, and Product Management. While strong leadership and people management skills are essential, technical credibility is paramount. The successful candidate must be able to engage confidently with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers, and act as the technical authority for the company's communications systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Engineer and a degree in a relevant technical discipline

• Technical experience in communications systems working on complex product development
• Strong background in hardware, software and systems engineering
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and departments
• Skilled in customer engagement and comfortable in a high-visibility leadership role
