Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Director - Mobile Video will develop and implement a sales team to target enterprise accounts, with emphasis on Body Worn Cameras and Number Plate Readers. The Sales Director will lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing team of sales and market experts, and foster relationships with channel partners and Fortune 500 organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong, trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and influencers to understand and influence funding
- Lead strategy and execution of identified strategic priorities and projects
- Direct internal teams on critical projects and issue resolution with clear direction
- Maintain customer intelligence data in Motorola CRM and provide timely, accurate sales forecasts
- Drive strategies with enterprise customers for Motorola success in procurement environments
- Aim to achieve order and revenue performance for assigned teams/territory by maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Collaborate with pre sales, services, marketing, product management, sales operations, and order/credit management to meet objectives
- Enablement of channel partner community
- Forecast territory order and revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Leverage promotions and incentives to drive quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct joint end-user sales calls as coaching and training
- Coach Account Managers to improve efficiency and contributions
- Monitor competition and technology disruptors in the market and partner ecosystem
- Understand Motorola Solutions contract terms and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise sales
- 6+ years in Sales, Video, or Physical Security
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience selling to vertical markets such as Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Manufacturing, Private Security, Transportation or Loss Prevention
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives in Fortune 500 accounts
- Experience working with and managing channel partners
- Start-up experience beneficial
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to drive strategies with enterprise customers and navigate purchasing environments
- Understanding of the enterprise domain, Motorola portfolio, competitive landscape, procurement processes
- Ability to learn Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
Location & Travel
- Must be able to travel domestically greater than 60% of the time
