We are looking for a dynamic EU Corporate Finance Director to lead our European finance team, improve financial performance, and ensure compliance across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the SVP Global Controller Corporate Finance and operating in a hybrid model.

As a key member of our finance leadership, you will safeguard assets, improve financial processes, and provide strategic insights that influence decisions at the highest level. You will embody QVC's Leadership Competency Model, lead with agility, build teams, and drive innovation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a finance team across European markets, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, ensuring regulatory and organisational compliance.
  • Drive financial accounting and performance, providing guidance to Finance Managers and delivering analysis to senior leadership.
  • Champion financial compliance and control, implementing processes and SOX-compliant protocols across multiple countries.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, communicating financial performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Lead process and system enhancements, driving efficiency and supporting QVC's transformation agenda.
  • Support new market entry activities and ensure compliance with European tax, treasury, and statutory requirements.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.
  • Multi-market experience in a senior finance role.
  • Expertise in European tax, treasury, IFRS, and statutory reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and Excel; experience in retail, multi-currency, and multi-site environments preferred.
  • Experience working across all levels and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating diverse teams, promoting an inclusive culture.
  • Sound commercial knowledge with ability to drive process improvements and deliver results.
