***Executive Assistant / Business Partner to Managing Partner***

Boutique Investment Management Firm – Central London

Full-time | 5 days onsite (with some flexibility)

Salary: Competitive + Bonus

Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a boutique investment management firm based in central London to find a high-calibre Executive Assistant / Business Partner to act as a true business partner to the Managing Partner.

This is not a traditional EA role. The position blends high-level executive support with operational oversight, investor relations coordination, and people-focused initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the Managing Partner is enabled to focus on strategic priorities while the business runs smoothly and efficiently around them.

The Role:

This is a broad and impactful role supporting the Managing Partner across all facets of the business. You’ll act as an extension of their office — driving efficiency, managing stakeholder communication, and taking ownership of day-to-day operational processes.

Your responsibilities will span executive support, investor relations, people operations, and office management — making this an ideal opportunity for a versatile, highly organised, and commercially minded individual who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee inbox management, prioritising communications and flagging key actions.
  • Organise international travel, compile itineraries, and manage end-to-end logistics.
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.

Investor Relations

  • Managed UHNW stakeholder relationships, liaising with senior leaders, external partners, investors, and trustees on all things investor relations.
  • Develop and present high-quality reports, proposals, and decks for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track investor interactions and follow-ups
  • Coordinate investor events, meetings, and roadshows.

Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure the business runs smoothly.
  • Streamline internal processes and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Take ownership of supplier and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance and document control for regulatory or legal requirements.

People & Culture

  • Support the Managing Partner with onboarding, HR coordination, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Champion internal communication and team culture initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership and the wider team to ensure alignment and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally in investment management, private equity, or professional services.
  • Exposure to investor relations and/or experience managing senior stakeholder communication.
  • Solid operational and office management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive people-related processes with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Highly organised, solutions-focused, and adaptable to changing demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; expert-level calendar and inbox management is essential.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Why Join?

This is a rare opportunity to take on a strategic, broad-reaching role at the centre of a high-performing investment firm. You'll work closely with the Managing Partner, gain exposure to the inner workings of the business, and help shape how the firm runs — from investor relations to operations to team culture.

If you’re a smart, driven Business Partner EA ready to operate as a business partner, not just a support function, this is the opportunity for you.

Apply now and play a central role in building the future of this high-growth, entrepreneurial firm.
