The postholder will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the Director's day-to-day activities. They will often be the first point of contact for the Director and for DDC, and will need to be confident, knowledgeable, with the ability to grasp emerging issues, work at pace and balance competing priorities. The post holder will also be expected to perform other tasks commensurate with the grade and functional capability of the post. The position is advertised at 37 hours per week, and the post holder will provide secretarial support to the Director of Communications.
