OverviewWe are working with a highly successful business based on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide high‑level administrative and business support to the company’s directors. This role goes beyond traditional PA duties, offering the chance to be actively involved in strategic projects, manage complex schedules, and act as a key liaison across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide extensive calendar and diary management for two company directorsDeliver day‑to‑day administrative support, including document preparation and correspondenceDraft reports, letters, memos, and internal communicationsLiaise with clients, colleagues, and board‑level stakeholders with professionalismGreet visitors and oversee executive‑level hospitalityCoordinate and oversee business projects and initiativesAttend meetings, take minutes, and track action pointsSupport project management and training activitiesMaintain well‑organised filing systems and accurate recordsManage executive inboxes and draft responses where appropriateAssist with events and public appearancesProduce reminders, timelines, and project updatesConduct research into new business ventures and opportunitiesRequirementsExceptional organisational and diary management skillsHigh level of flexibility, adaptability, and initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and professional telephone mannerAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environmentStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making skillsAbility to work independently whilst maintaining confidentialityCommercial awareness and business acumenDesirable AttributesPrevious experience supporting C‑suite or Director‑level executivesFamiliarity with project management tools and office softwareA proactive, solutions‑focused approachDiscretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationWhat’s on OfferA competitive salary of £32,000 to £35,000A full‑time, permanent opportunity to work closely with senior business leadersThe chance to contribute to key projects and make a real impact in the businessIf you are a highly organised and driven professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
