Capitalising on the success of their London flagship hospital, their new site will offer a wide range of medical diagnostic and same-day minimally invasive services, including heart health, lung health, digestive health, ENT, endoscopy, and neurology.

At present, we are currently in search for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Centre Director and work closely with the wider Senior Leadership Team. You will be instrumental in the seamless operation of the centre, contributing to strategic projects, relationship management, centre performance tracking and high-level administrative coordination. The successful candidate will use their strong administrative background to build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, providing outstanding customer service and representing the Senior Management with professionalism and discretion.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, which will be predominately worked Monday to Friday between core hours. There may be a level of flexibility needed to support occasional evening meetings or events, which will be agreed in advance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support primarily to the Centre Director to ensure the smooth operation of the Senior Management office
- Diary management and email handling
- Arranging meetings, events and forums
- Administration and minuting of meetings
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and meeting packs
- Coordinating complaint management
- Build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
What can you bring?
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant or senior-level administrative support within the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of medical terminology or governance process e.g. complaint management or medical meetings will be highly advantageous
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other systems
- Previous use of HubSpot or similar CRM tools will be advantageous
- Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders (both clinical and non-clinical)
