OverviewWe are recruiting a full-time permanent Executive Assistant to support our Operations Director with various tasks at our accounting and software company in Wirral. The role will involve a range of duties including (but not limited to):Organising staff events, treats and giftsArranging gifts for special eventsObtaining quotes and completing online orders for office equipmentCompleting online weekly subsistence shop for the officeOrganising welcome packs for new employeesAd hoc errands (e.g., collect office supplies)General administration tasks, including typing up meeting minutesSupporting quotes for office suppliersFiling and scanning paperworkBooking and dealing with contractors (e.g., gardeners, pest control, caterers)Supporting departmental managers with administration tasks as requiredSome personal errands or tasks on behalf of the Operations Director
Responsibilities
Organising staff events and gifts
Coordinating purchases and quotes for office equipment and supplies
Managing administrative tasks and documentation (minutes, filing, scanning)
Supporting office operations and contractors
Assisting with ad hoc errands and tasks as needed
Meeting deadlines and managing own workload effectively
Qualifications & Attributes
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Willing to take on varied tasks and support colleagues as needed
Ability to work Monday to Friday in person at the Wirral office
